Galaxies 101
Volume 02
Welcome to Space Needles City, where the skyline never sleeps and nobody's quite sure what year it is. Towering atomic-age spires, hovering saucer caps, and orbiting rings of light stack up into a retro-futuristic metropolis that looks like it fell straight out of a 1962 World's Fair brochure. Each piece in this set wanders through the same dreamy skyline under a different mood, from soft pastel mornings to moody midnight blue, with the occasional sleek black cat showing up to supervise the proceedings (because apparently even space cities need a feline HOA). A few towers swap their saucer caps for glowing lava-lamp finials, just to keep things interesting. Equal parts kitsch and cosmos, this is the city you'd build if your blueprints were drawn by a googie architect with a sweet tooth for sci-fi.
No. 01 Space Needles City, Pastels
This is the gentle side of town — a hazy skyline in sage green, dusty rose, and pale gold, with every tower looking like it's been dipped in cotton candy and left to dry in the sun. Atomic rings and faint starbursts drift overhead like the city's own welcome banners. It's soft, it's dreamy, and it's clearly not in a hurry to get anywhere.
No. 02 - Space Needles City, In Blue
Same city, but somebody flipped the lights to night mode. Deep cobalt and teal towers rise like polished glass against a moody blue sky, with a glowing moon keeping watch from the corner. It's the most architecturally confident piece in the bunch, looking less like a dream and more like somewhere you could actually pay rent.
No. 03 - Space Needles City with Cats
The neighborhood watch has arrived. A row of sleek black cats, kittens included, lounges in the foreground while glowing pink-bellied towers rise behind them under a dusky lavender sky. They're not guarding the city so much as judging it, which honestly feels accurate for cats.
No. 04 - Space Needles City, Evening
The skyline takes a backseat here to a whole garden of glowing lava-lamp lanterns in pink, mint, and gold, planted like streetlights against a starry indigo sky. It's less "downtown skyline" and more "someone's very ambitious backyard light display," and we are absolutely here for it.
No. 05 - Space Needles City, Twilight
The lava-lamp lanterns are back, this time dressed up in magenta, turquoise, and periwinkle for a livelier, almost carnival-bright evening. Sparkles scatter across the scene like the city's throwing a party and forgot to mention it. Moodier sibling No. 04 wishes it knew how to have this much fun.
No. 06 - Space Needles City, Sunset
Everything goes monochrome here, dusty rose and burgundy from top to bottom, like the whole skyline got run through an old film filter. No color variation to lean on means the shapes have to do all the talking, and with towers, saucers, and cratered moons layered on top of each other, they manage just fine. The quietest, moodiest piece in the set.
No. 07 - Space Needles City with Cats
The cats are back, and they brought friends. Five silhouettes of varying sizes gather beneath the busiest skyline in the whole collection, jewel-toned towers and glowing lanterns piled up under a massive, moody moon. If No. 03 was the neighborhood watch, this is the full city council meeting.
